More specifically, you will be required to :
- Ensure the setting up of your party and the preparation of the dishes.
- Carry out and ensure the preparation of your party under the supervision of the chef de partie.
- Checking and carrying out the setting up and cleaning of the equipment in your party.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work areas and storage in accordance with HACCP standards.
- Limit losses during the preparation of dishes.
- Respect the technical data sheets for dishes and products.
- Participate in the technical training of clerks, apprentices and/or trainees in the kitchen.
- You have a (indicate diploma) or equivalent level.
- You have a minimum of (indicate number of years experience) years of successful and significant experience in a similar position or as a kitchen assistant in a restaurant of the same level.
