Le Cardinal is a 4* hotel with 49 rooms, member of a family group of 4 establishments. It welcomes a local business clientele thanks to an abundant pool of companies, but also a leisure clientele, individuals or groups from all over the world.

The hotel located in the city center does not offer catering but has a bar whose service is provided by the reception team.

Réceptionnist / Waitress Breakfast (H/F)

Mission

More concretely, you will be led to:

Provide a personalized and personalized welcome to each client, and ensure follow-up until their departure.
Perform check-in, check-out, invoicing and collection.
Respond to customer requests related to reception according to the hospitality and hospitality procedures defined by the hotel.
Participate in the marketing of hotel services and promote our services to customers.
Work closely with the hotel’s various departments.
Follow-up on specific information and requests concerning the clients in the departments concerned.
Ensure switchboard and make reservations.
Provide breakfast service
Centralising breakfast sheets
Take an order of breakfasts
Prepare the setting up of a breakfast in the room, on a tray, or buffet

Profil

Ideally coming from a hotel training type CAP/BEP/BAC,
- You have significant experience in a similar position at the same level.
- You are a smiling, dynamic person with a sense of service.
- Courteous and friendly, you enjoy pleasing and listening to customers.
- You know how to use discretion, be responsive and adapt quickly to any situation.
- You are fluent in French and English. Mastering a third language would be an asset.
