Located in Saint-Mont, between Pau and Mont de Marsan, Le Monastère de Saint-Mont is a 4-star hotel offering a restaurant, bar and communal lounge. Each accommodation at this 4-star hotel offers a view of the garden.

The hotel has a gastronomic restaurant "La Table". The hotel has a gastronomic restaurant "La Table" and a bistro "Les Berets noirs", both of which are run by chef Jean-Paul Tossens.


We are looking for our new Chef de Partie (M/F). As part of our kitchen team, you coordinate the preparation and sending of products from your area and supervise the clerks / apprentices under your responsibility.


As Chef de Partie (M/F), your main role will be
- Manage and lead the team working in your area
- Ensure the constant quality of the products manufactured
- Participate in achieving objectives in terms of product quality and cost
- Apply the hygiene and safety rules and procedures in force in the restaurant


This position is made for you if :

- You have got a previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar in an establishment with the same level
- You have a good knowledge of cooking techniques and handling of kitchen equipment
- You are able to work as a team and communicate effectively 
- You are willing to coach a small team and share your expertise 
- You are organised, rigorous and creative
