As Head Chef (M/F) you are the conductor of your brigade and supervise the kitchen at all points. As such, you are responsible for the management of the team and the kitchen operations.

As Head Chef (M/F), you will be entrusted with the following tasks :

- Define the menu and set up technical sheets
- Supervise food preparation and food shipments management
- Participate in the recruitment of kitchen staff and ensure their training on positions
- Manage product sourcing, orders and costs within quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards


The following assets are required in order to be eligible for this position :
    - Successful and significant experience in a similar position or as a Senior Chef de Partie
    - Experience in an establishment with at least the same level
    - Organizational skills, rigour, team spirit
    - Proactivity and creativity
    - Good ability to manage and transmit your know-how
