Attaché(e) commercial(e) événementiel
Your main tasks will be to:
Represent Collectors and promote the commercial offer to companies and agencies.
Process incoming requests from groups (seminars, accommodation and catering): taking orders, sourcing suitable locations, valuing the commercial offer transmitted, monitoring negotiations and relaunches, follow-up of files up to the billing of the reservation or cancellation of the request.
Build customer loyalty through a commercial approach that promotes brand image and supports booking processes (advice, sales orientation and negotiation)
Develop a relationship of trust with the members of the network, directly or through the team in charge of the hotel and restaurant network.
Contribute to the success of the Commercial action plan: competitive monitoring, feedback on the materials used, attention paid to market developments, with a view to maintaining a relevant and efficient commercial approach.
Anticipate situations in order to guarantee a good quality of service and rapid customer response, in compliance with brand values.
Participate in customer communication actions
Participate in the organization of branded events and workshops
You have a minimum BTEC Higher National Diploma in Hospitality and/or you have obtained an equivalent diploma in a business school
A hotel experience is desired in the field of customer relations (reception, sales, etc.)
A mastery of professional software (SynXis, Hubspot...) is desired.
You have strong organizational and rigorous skills and a good team spirit.
You are curious with a good ability to listen and analyze You have a relational ease and are a good communicator.
