Head Waiter (H/F)
Located in a private mansion of the Marais, Ogata Paris is a true contemporary aesthete with its restaurant, whisky bar, tea room and workshop dedicated to the art of the table.
The restaurant has about sixty seats, including a private lounge for 10 guests.
Chef offers a contemporary reinterpretation of Japanese family and regional cuisine, based on fresh and quality products sourced in France.
Under the direction of the Room Manager, you are responsible for:
Organization of all or part of the room.
Setting up the room and the office.
Welcoming, dispatching, providing information, advising restaurant customers and taking orders.
The smooth running of the service and the organization of the distribution of activities between the room staff.
From the direction of the heads of rank, of the clerks.
Coordination with the kitchen.
Finishing, cutting and presentation of certain dishes.
Ideally from a hospitality background.
- You have significant experience in the same position or as 1st Head of Rank within an establishment of the same level.
- You have a good level of communication and demonstrate the ability to supervise a small team and pass on your know-how.
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of Japanese is not necessary.
