kitchen clerk (M/F)
You will work under the supervision of the Chef de Cuisine and/or the Chef de Partie:
- Carrying out the set-ups entrusted to you by the chef necessary for the preparation of the dishes.
- Participate in the preparation of dishes and meals.
- Participate in the maintenance of the kitchen and its ancillary premises.
- Apply hygiene and safety rules.
- You have a (indicate diploma) or an equivalent level.
- You will have significant and successful experience in a similar position or as a kitchen apprentice in a restaurant of the same level
- You are passionate about gourmet catering and have a great capacity for learning
- Rigour, perfectionism and attention to detail are the main qualities required for success in this position.
