Le Château de Besseuil is an exceptional hotel-restaurant located in the heart of the Mâconnais vineyards. The hotel is composed of 6 flats and 14 hotel rooms.

Its restaurant offers refined cuisine from the Mâconnais region, using fresh local produce.

The restaurant is also a member of les Collectionneurs.


More specifically, you will be required to :
- Carry out the set-ups entrusted to you by the chef for the preparation of the dishes
- Participate in the preparation of desserts.
- Work in duo with your chef de partie on the different services.
- Apply hygiene and safety rules and minimise losses, respect the best use of raw materials.


- You are passionate about gastronomic catering and have a great capacity for learning.
- Thoroughness, perfectionism and attention to detail are the main qualities needed to succeed in this position.
