Sommelier

You advise customers on the choice of wines, you take care of taking orders and perform the service. You participate in collaboration with the Head Sommelier, in the development of the wine list, the purchase of wines and the promotion of sales. You also manage the supply and set up of the cellar.

CAP / BAC PRO / Bachelor / BTS hotel catering complementary mention sommelier

Average salaries

Confirmed salary (from 2 to 5 years): 24-26 k€ gross annual
Experienced salary (more than 5 years): 26-30 k€ gross annual

Skills

Advise customers on their food and wine pairings and serve them throughout their experience, manage and supervise the team of commis sommeliers, fluent in English and fluent in a second foreign language. You are passionate about sommellerie, and you want to satisfy your customers through your involvement and the work of your team.
