Located in the heart of the small fishing port of Vallon des Auffes, between Malmousque and the Catalans Restaurant l'Epuisette is a beautiful establishment full of history and charm.

The Michelin-starred Chef Guillaume SOURIEU offers local, Mediterranean, instinctive and natural cuisine, which he feeds on from his travels and meetings.

Accompanied by his brigade, it makes it a point of honor to enhance the products brought daily by its local suppliers ensuring freshness and renewal throughout the year to the menu of the Restaurant.


You will supervise the sommelier of the restaurant and/or all the hotel's outlets.


You will be responsible for :

  • Developing the wine list, purchasing wines and promoting sales.
  • Developing the sales strategy for wines and spirits in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager
  • Setting up the cellar of the day and supplying the cellar and its management.
  • Advising customers on the choice of wines, taking orders and serving.
  • Bringing up wines, alcohol, water, soft drinks, etc. from the cellar and putting them away in the fridges.
  • Recruitment and training of sommellerie staff.



You have completed a hotel training course (CAP/BAC/BTS), supplemented by a sommelier qualification.
You have significant experience in a similar position or as a Sommelier in an establishment of the same level.
You have an excellent presentation, are a good salesperson and have good communication skills.
You have a great passion for wine and oenology.
You are fluent in English.
